Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship packages on weekends or official holidays.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. All delivery times are estimated only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, bad weather, or logistics carrier delays.

Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $50. A fixed shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout for orders under $50.

Buyers are fully responsible for any import duties, customs taxes or local clearance fees charged by your country’s customs. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

If tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office first. Reach out to our support team within 15 days after delivery confirmation for further assistance.

If your items arrive broken or defective, please send clear photos of the package and damaged products within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping fees and provide a free replacement or full refund.
